This week’s guest is Dr. Stephen Hussey. Stephen is a Doctor of Chiropractic, Functional Medicine practitioner, speaker, author, and health coach. He helps people create high-performing hearts & specializes in helping those with Heart Disease, Type 1 diabetes, and autoimmune conditions. Dr. Hussey works with a variety of clients, from in-person to online coaching. He is also the author of a book called ‘The Health Evolution: Why Understanding Evolution is the Key to Vibrant Health’, and in this episode, we spoke to him about his upcoming book, ‘Understanding the Heart: Uncommon Insights Into Our Most Commonly Diseased Organ’.
