I don't even know if they have names. 03:27 And so in that vein, you can see that we've gone from it's going to be a blue wave landslide, they're going to take the Senate and the House, that was just a few weeks ago, to now the so-called experts are hedging their bets on the Senate. 03:43 Some are even a little hedging on the House. 03:47 And our position is crush them. 03:50 You have to turn out. 03:52 You, where there's early voting, right now, should be right at the front of that line tomorrow and vote or cast your ballot in whatever way you can. 04:04 You. 04:08 And that's just the first step. You need to make sure others who are of like mind, friends, family, social circles, church, synagogue, wherever you are. 04:21 You. You. 04:23 have to take some effort as sort of an independent precinct worker to get a few more votes out. That's all. 04:32 A few more votes. 04:34 Here's Harry Enten, the legal analyst at CNN today. 04:39 can see starting the hedges bets cut eight go i i need the history here because so how how have polls with democrats leading trump yeah one in trump one states how have they performed normally okay so i know a lot of our viewers i get this question perhaps more than any other question which is can we trust the polls we feel like we've seen this song or we've seen this dance before we've heard this song before and you know what there is reason to be cautious there is reason because trust no one Trust no one. 05:10 Trust no one. Trust me and trust my mother. She was a great doctor. That's what I'm talking about here. There is a reason why you should, in fact, be nervous if you're a Democrat and perhaps be, you know, there's some reason for a little excitement if you're a Republican. GOP outperformed the final Senate poll averages. I want you to look by the state's prior presidential result. Ergo blue states, the states that Trump lost, and then the red states that Trump won. Look at this. The GOP is fantastic. far more likely to outperform their final Senate poll averages by 4.1 points in the states that Trump won. 05:41 And we know in this election cycle, Kate, that the Democrats need to win in a lot of Trump states in order to win control of the Senate. And not just Trump states, but states that Trump won by double digits back in 2024. So you see this 4.1. If this was fought in blue states, We really have not seen that Republicans outperform their polls in the blue states. It's really concentrated in the red states. We saw it in 2018. We saw it in 2020. We saw it in 2022. We saw it in 2024 as well. 06:10 What's the term for this? Democratic overestimation or Republican underestimate? 06:14 That is the great question. 06:17 What do you think? 06:18 I tend to think that what's probably going on is there are some Republican voters who are simply put not getting picked up by the polls. 06:25 So then what does it mean for the Senate? 06:26 And what does it mean for the Senate? That is, I think, the key question. If, in fact, if we have the 2026 Senate map, but you take the polling averages and then you say that, hey, the Republicans will outrun the polling averages by 4.1 points in the states that Trump won. Look at this. This is, I think, the key nugget. Republicans would maintain control of the Senate with some room to spare, 52 to 48, because they would win in Michigan, right? They'd hold on to Ohio. They would hold on to Texas. They would hold on coming to Kate's side of the board. They'd hold on to Alaska. Yeah. 06:56 Yeah, I'd come back to my side of the board. So the bottom line is this. Yes, Democrats are ahead right now. If the polling averages end up being the result, Democrats wouldn't control the Senate. If we have the same average bias we've had in the past, well, I don't know. 07:12 So what did we learn from that, Mr. Producer? Absolutely nothing. 07:17 Except he's hedging his bets now. 07:21 Interesting. 07:23 Interesting. 07:25 Cut 18. 07:28 Harry Enten, data analyst, CNN. 07:32 Last week, go. 07:34 Republican voting patterns from MAGA GOP. I mean, in the 2024 election, Trump won 99 percent of MAGA voters. Look at this. For 2026, the congressional vote, Republicans getting 99 percent. So the MAGA base is sticking with Republicans going into the midterms. 07:53 So you see these woke Reich types. 07:57 who are trying to destroy conservatism, trying to destroy the Republican Party and claim that they are real MAGA, ladies and gentlemen, they're irrelevant. 99%. 08:09 99%. Now, we need more than MAGA, obviously, but that is key to understand. The MAGA base is the Tea Party base. It's the traditional conservative base. That's who we are. That's what we are. 08:25 Whether people want to hear it or not is their problem. 08:29 Steve Kornacki of the Today Show NBC yesterday. What did he have to say? Another legal analyst. Excuse me. Data analyst. 08:37 Cut 17. Go 1.2, 1.1, 0.5. So they are leads for Democrats, but they are tenuous as well. 08:45 I mean, these are states that Trump won by double digits two years ago. And if there's anything about the Trump era that we know, it's that polling often undercounts these Republican Trump voters. 08:55 That's right. I mean, look, Republicans in the Trump era have gotten used to seeing polls like this in states like this and saying, got them just where we want them, because we've seen it in places. Ohio, Iowa come to mind. Even if you could go back, there was a Senate race in Kansas in 2020. Polls looked really promising for the Democrats. Republican ended up winning by double digits. So that Trump vote's been missed before. Doesn't always show up. A lot of theories why. But if that happens again, these numbers can change in a hurry. 09:20 What also is interesting is you talked about the blue states. Let's go back to these are Democratic seats that the Democrats must hold on to. And they're showing pretty tight races as well. 09:30 I mean, check this out. Michigan, Abdul El-Sayed, the Democratic nominee. He leads in the polls basically by about three points. Very close right there. And the thing to keep in mind outside when he won the Democratic primary this summer, polls had him up by about 10 points or so. He ended up winning by a fraction of a point. The polls overstated his support in the primary. If that happens again here, that three could disappear. 09:53 And an eye on blue Minnesota of all places. We're going to have an interesting election night. 10:00 We will. 10:03 We will. Martin. 11:10 Hello, America. 11:14 Well, we, our government, our administration has put out the word to our embassies in the Arab states, in the Middle East, to strip down the number of personnel there. 11:30 There was also that meeting the other day between the Secretary of War, Hegseth, and the Prime Minister of Israel, Netanyahu. 11:38 Apparently it was a long meeting. 11:42 The Israeli Air Force, the jets, have been flying into both Syria and Iraqi airspace, right up to the line, right up to the border of Iran, obviously testing Iran. 11:56 testing the situation and confusing the Iranians who are on high alert now as to whether anything will happen or not happen. 12:07 We've also sent a third carrier. 12:11 Third carrier means additional support ships as well. 12:17 So something is stirring. There's no question about it. 12:21 As I read these various reports, you can't trust them all because almost every single one of them is based on anonymous sources. And the media have lost all credibility. The media have lost all standards, all professional standards. So you try and figure it out. 12:37 Apparently, they are moving certain types of equipment or uranium or whatever it is. 12:48 to hardened locations, or they're hardening locations. 12:54 In other words, they're not giving up, as I've told you over and over and over again, as I've told the administration over and over again on my various shows. 13:04 They're not going to surrender. They're not going to stop. 13:08 They can't. 13:10 They can't because they believe God has told them to get nuclear weapons and blow us off the face of the earth. 13:19 And why we can't get our heads around this, why the Democrats, the woke, right, neo-fascists, the isolationists, can't get their heads around it is beside the point. 13:30 We have to protect ourselves and our families and our country, despite the fact that these people are undermining us every step of the way, and they certainly are. 13:41 Every single step of the way. 13:44 You know, even in the... You know, private... 13:50 private actions of the Islamists, even in the private actions. 13:55 They prove who they are and what they will do. 13:59 The mothership is in Tehran. 14:03 The Muslim Brotherhood, well, it's mostly based in Egypt, that's heard at its birth, but it is heavily funded and supported by Qatar, a very evil regime. 14:15 The mother... 14:17 A Muslim Brotherhood spawned Al-Qaeda. 14:21 It spawned Hamas. 14:23 It spawned Islamic Jihad. 14:25 It has spawned an enormous number of these terrorist organizations, including those who are in our country. 14:32 As I said, it spawned Hamas, and Hamas spawned CARE. CARE is right in our country. It's operating in every community, every state. 14:41 It works with the Democrats. Chris Van Hollen went to an event there. They won't release the transcript of what he said, so it must have been awful. 14:51 He's a top Democrat in the Senate, and they're giving him awards. 14:56 The Muslim Brotherhood has not been banned in our country. 14:59 I have no idea why. Banned. Removed. Care has not been banned in our country. Removed. I have no idea why. None. None. 15:11 But Elon Musk was on a podcast yesterday, and he explained something that occurred in his company and then afterwards, which gives you the mindset and the casualties that result from this. Cut to go. 15:25 If someone is a religious extremist, where they view anyone who is not in their religion as the enemy or the enemy, that those who are not in their religion should die. It's difficult for you to understand that mindset because you don't have that mindset. But you can obviously recognize there are people who do have that mindset and that if you let them into the country, they will kill people. Let me give you an example. 15:56 There's many. 15:59 We had someone who was working at the Tesla factory in Austin until December of last year. 16:07 He was fired because he assaulted a woman who stepped on his prayer rug in the factory. Okay, so she wasn't expecting anyone to be praying in the factory, and he was praying in the factory. She accidentally stepped on his prayer rug, and he assaulted her. He violently assaulted her. 16:26 So he was fired for that. And then a few months later, he went and killed three students in the bar in downtown Austin. 16:36 Mm-hmm. 16:39 Yep. 16:42 And how many of individuals like that are in this country? A lot. 16:50 A whole lot, as a matter of fact. A lot. 16:55 It's just appalling. And you've got some of these guys who are literally running for office. 17:01 Like El Saeed, running for office. 17:05 Here's an example of Of of him. 17:11 Cut seven when it comes to the Second Amendment. Second Amendment's in the Bill of Rights. It is every bit as much import as the first and the other amendments. 17:22 I'll have to continue this after the break. We'll have time this segment. But you can see how his mindset is to destroy the Constitution. Look, he's a Marxist Islamist. 17:32 So he borrows from both ideologies, as do many, the purpose of which is to destroy the country. And by the way, this DSA, this DSA papers have shown, internal communications, that they plan to have violent protests in the streets sometime after this election in November. 17:56 They're going to have to be put down and put down hard. 17:59 And if we can't just rely on local police all the time, they've got to be backed up by the military. 18:06 And we have an Insurrection Act, and it's been used by many presidents of both parties, and that's going to have to be used this time, too, if that takes place, period. Mark Levin. 18:25 Talk with that voice now. 877-381-3811. 18:32 When the framers wrote the Constitution and subsequently added the Bill of Rights, do you think that they intended for that to apply just during their lives? 18:46 Of course not. 18:50 Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of association, the right to bear arms. 19:00 Now, they don't really focus on the Second Amendment the way they should. 19:05 They talk about state militias. Why do they talk about state militias? Well, so the states could defend themselves from other states and maybe even the federal government. 19:13 But we're not allowed to talk about that. 19:18 warrants, due process, goes on and on and on. Do you think the framers were sitting there and just thinking to themselves, this is only good for right now? 19:33 Of course not. 19:35 Of course not. 19:39 Now, one of the great things about our Constitution is it sets out principles that It tries to provide enough details on what each branch can do and cannot do. 19:53 But when it comes to the individual, the individual's liberty, it does nothing to attack it. It does nothing to molest the individual. 20:03 All that stuff's left for the states, not the federal government. 20:10 In fact, when those amendments were originally passed, those ten amendments, which we call the Bill of Rights, they didn't apply to the states. 20:21 Let me repeat it. They didn't apply to the states. 20:25 The incorporation doctrine was invented by the Supreme Court, and they decided to apply some of the Bill of Rights, pretty much all of them, but some of them to the states. 20:38 Okay, fine. That's the way it is. But I'm just laying it out. 20:43 So when Al-Sayed says what he says, as you're going to hear him at an event yesterday, you'll understand that he is a constitutional illiterate. But here's the truth. He doesn't believe anything in the Constitution. 20:55 He doesn't believe anything in the Declaration of Independence. How can he? The Declaration is fundamentally based on what? 21:07 Two things. 21:09 the Judeo-Christian value system and the Enlightenment. 21:14 Well, El-Sayed is an Islamist. He doesn't believe in Judaism or Christianity. He doesn't believe those of you who are Jews or Christians who pray even have a right to pray. 21:26 Because God only listens to, according to them, Muslims. And if you pray and you have no religion or a different religion, they don't accept that either. 21:36 This is one of the fine points of Sharia law. 21:44 So here he is on the Second Amendment. Cut, seven, go. 21:47 I'm going to swear off of the Constitution. The Constitution has the Second Amendment in it. But the Second Amendment, just so we all are clear, even the most conservative folks, they hew to this idea called originalism. And originalism is the idea that you should interpret the Constitution in the context in which the Constitution was written. 22:07 When they promised the right to bear arms, they had muskets. Okay, stop. 22:13 Where's muskets in the Constitution, Mr. Producer? 22:18 Nowhere. 22:21 Nowhere. So originalism, you would take the Second Amendment. There are different forms of originalism, but I don't need to go there. And Justice Alito wrote about this as well. But you take the language of the Second Amendment. 22:33 And what they meant at the time, and you apply to today, has nothing to do with muskets. 22:38 Has to do with certain fundamental rights. In this case, the right for you to bear arms. Doesn't say what type of arms, does it? 22:46 So he's just throwing in muskets. 22:50 I mean, what do we do with the First Amendment and freedom of the press? 22:55 We didn't have television. We didn't have radio. Certainly didn't have the Internet. 22:59 Do those count? 23:01 Well, of course they count. Okay. 23:04 Is that originalism? Of course it's not originalism. It's originalism is the right to free speech. That's originalism, not the methodology for free speech. 23:15 Well, isn't that interesting? 23:17 So according to his logic, which is illogical, according to him, the First Amendment would only apply to pamphleteers and newspapers, not to broadcasting. 23:31 No, not the digital, the Internet and so forth, not the podcasters. No, none of it. 23:39 It's an idiot. 23:40 Go ahead. 23:42 Yeah, everyone should have, like, equal rights to a lawsuit. 23:47 And then let's also ask about why the Second Amendment was written and what the Bill of Rights was intended to do. The Bill of Rights was about a compromise to protect people from government tyranny under a constitution because the people who were voting to ratify that constitution had just lived under government tyranny from the British. So the idea was that you have the right to bear arms against your government should they become tyrannous. And the way that we enacted that was in the we built the Coast Guard and state militias that are supposed to be able to protect. 24:21 Now, a lot of folks want to. 24:22 I don't even know what he means. The Coast Guard and state militias that are supposed to protect. What does that even mean, Mr. Producer? 24:33 Go ahead. 24:35 Constitution in the original term and then want to interpret the Second Amendment in the most extreme version possible. And they tell us that the Constitution says that you can have any gun for anyone, anywhere, at any time, which is just not consistent with any interpretation of the Constitution at all. And so the question... What is he talking about? 24:55 If you're going to take guns off the table, you have to overcome the burden. It's not the other way around. 25:04 why, how, what's the legal basis, and so forth. 25:10 Now, I said before, because I'm honest about this, because that's the truth, those Bill of Rights, those amendments, didn't apply to the states, applied to the federal government. 25:25 Now, the Second Amendment has applied to the states, via the Supreme Court, through the Incorporation Doctrine. 25:33 The question is the extent to which it applies to the states. 25:38 And that's why these cases go up to the court and come back down and go up to the court and come back down. The court's done a pretty good job in my view. 25:47 and recognizes a fundamental right to bear arms. And then you get into how many arms, what kind of arms, does this state law passed violate the Second Amendment and so forth and so on, which is very interesting because, again, I told you that that amendment didn't apply to the states originally, but it does now. 26:09 So this mush head doesn't understand any of this, any of it. 26:16 Go ahead. 26:19 Are there some guns that are built just to kill as many people as possible, and do we really think that those guns ought to be just publicly available? 26:26 Well, they're not. 26:30 They're not. 26:32 Automatic weapons are not just publicly available. 26:35 And they're very difficult to get. 26:38 In fact, there's a series of reviews, and you have to overcome each and every one of them. 26:45 And the... 26:49 AFT or ATF, I guess, is involved in it. 26:53 FBI has a role in it. If you want a machine gun, an automatic weapon, it's very hard to get it. 27:01 And so they talk about assault weapons instead, you see. 27:06 A semi-automatic weapon requires you to pull a trigger each and every time for a bullet to be expended. 27:14 An automatic weapon does not. You pull the trigger and hold your finger down, and a significant number of bullets are ejected. 27:25 Completely different. 27:28 So what they do, like him, what they'll do is they'll call them assault weapons, so there's no distinction made and people don't understand them. 27:38 Now, I'll be perfectly honest with you. I prefer a pistol. 27:44 And I've got several, like 38 specials. I have .357 Magnum. I've got things like that. 27:51 Now why do I do that? Because each bullet in the chamber, you pull the trigger and they fire. 28:00 There's really never a failure of sorts, a jamming or anything like that. I've never heard of it. Maybe there have been, but certainly not with me. With pistols. 28:09 First time every time. 28:11 I happen to like them. 28:13 I just find them much more convenient. 28:17 Go ahead. 28:20 That's it. 28:22 Just imagine how he thinks about the rest of the Constitution. He doesn't care about the Constitution, ladies and gentlemen. What they do is they exploit those parts of the Constitution where they believe it could advantage them. 28:40 But otherwise, they reject it, and they don't support it at all. 28:45 At all. 28:47 And somebody like El Saeed does not believe the Constitution even applies to him, again, unless he can exploit it in his own favor or for his own causes. 29:00 Because Sharia law trumps all other law, Constitution or otherwise. The Constitution, you'll note by the Marxist left, professors, history teachers and so forth, you will notice that they constantly degrade it, degrade the people who wrote it as slave owners, and on and on and on. There's a purpose for that. 29:25 It's not altruistic. 29:27 They do that to undermine the Constitution and your faith in the Constitution. 29:36 That's why they do it, because they don't believe in the Constitution. They want to rewrite the Constitution. And if the Democrats are elected, they are going to dismantle the Constitution and rewrite the Constitution. They've been trying to do that since at least Franklin Roosevelt and really since Woodrow Wilson. But I don't think that it is. 31:37 I can't believe that the people of Michigan, all those patriots there, all those hardworking assembly line workers, union men and women, I just can't believe that they would vote for somebody like this. 31:55 Period. There are also a lot of people coming out in the black community saying this guy represents Palestine. He doesn't represent us. 32:04 And in fact, you know, he palled around with Hassan Piker, a.k.a. Hassan Puker, when he thought that would help him. 32:11 And Hassan Puker is a racist. The things that he has said about blacks, the things he has said about Jews. 32:19 I mean, the Islamists, if you look around the world, the Islamists hate black people. Islamists hate black people. 32:26 They slaughter them. 32:29 You can do your own research. 32:31 Go for it. 32:33 You know who else hates black people? The Marxists. 32:37 And Cuba, you know, when Castro was alive and his sidekicks and so forth, they were racists, executed a lot of black people in Cuba. 32:54 It's the nature of that ideology. 32:58 It certainly is. 33:00 But it is true. 33:05 So the black communities in Michigan, the union communities, union families in Michigan, the Jewish families in Michigan and communities, many of the people in these various communities and so forth vote Democrat down the line. This is different. 33:34 I would also urge the people in Ohio to reject that long-in-the-tooth Democrat. 33:46 Sheldon, who's running for the Senate, Vivek, is a great candidate for governor. All these military guys want to be prime minister. 68:03 Now, that said, there's a threshold these small parties have to meet, 3.5%. 68:11 If they can't get 3.5% of the vote, all the people who voted for them, their vote is eliminated. They're not counted because how can they be? Where would they go? 68:23 And they do this to try and limit all these splinter parties, but there's still a lot of them. 68:28 So there's three of them in this category on the right, on the conservative side. Likud is the biggest party in Israel. 68:37 But even so, it needs alliances. 68:41 So these three that are running in these small parties, they could wind up getting together in the aggregate 180,000 votes in a very small country. 68:53 not get to the 3.5%, therefore not join with Likud, and hand the election over to the left, because the left is united, they're disparate parties, and they're even united with the Arab parties. And we know based upon that voter ID whether or not they voted in past Democrat or Republican primaries. So we know the primary history. And based upon primary history, there are more Democrats than Republicans who've turned out. What we've got to do is to make sure Republicans and other Texans know that about how important their vote is in this election because it's for one it's things like care and muslim brotherhood for another is things like income taxes and property taxes where my opponent voted in favor of imposing an income tax and voted 40 times in favor of higher property taxes in texas but also this crazy woke agenda where she voted for boys and girls sports she voted get this she voted to pursue parents in court if they did not call their child by what is supposedly the correct gender. 86:02 It's just total insanity. She's a 12-year-old girl who was assaulted and murdered by two Venezuelans allowed in illegally by Joe Biden. And I brought up a bill named after Jocelyn because I wanted to pass a law saying that any illegal immigrant who is arrested for murder should be denied bail. My opponent voted against that because apparently she wants to prioritize illegal immigrants over murdered Texans. That's outrageous. 89:39 Is this election close? I mean, I'm thinking to myself, what the hell is going on here? 89:44 Well, I've got to tell you, there's just great mobilization by the Democrats right now. And all we've got to do is we've got to make sure that Republicans realize what is at stake. You've got public safety at stake. Something else that you know that I was the leader in under Joe Biden's administration, what we did to secure the border. And Gina, so I passed a law abandoning sanctuary cities, a law that built the border wall and the border barriers, a law that made it a new state crime for illegal immigrants to enter the state illegally. 90:21 And my opponent, Gina, had also voted against all of those. And so think of what would happen on the border if we had another president like Joe Biden and Gina was governor of Texas. I go to about three different towns and communities across the state, making sure we turn out the vote. I'll touch every corner of the state of Texas between now and Election Day. But we've got to ensure that Republicans and all Texans understand that this is a race. between common sense versus total crazy. 92:15 And common sense must win this election. 92:18 She'll destroy your state in every respect. And she proposed her own Green New Deal policies that would tax and regulate the oil and gas sector, as well as create a division of environmental justice. 93:23 in the state of Texas. This is not the type of leadership that would allow our oil and gas industry to continue. She would lead to hundreds of thousands of oil and gas workers losing their jobs. And talk about the price of the pump. It would be as high in Texas as it is in California right now, but for the oil and gas policies that we have in Texas. 93:42 You know, if I were trying to think of a candidate who would destroy the state of Texas, destroy your economy, destroy your institutions, I would create her. And that is, you will recall what I did on University of Texas campuses when we had all these Palestinian protests when they tried to take over Texas universities like they did at Columbia, UCLA, et cetera.
